1. Newly Registering Candidates: Candidates registering from 10/02/2026 onwards are required to pay a late fee of 2,000/- in addition to the registration fee at the time of registration.

2. Partial Payment: Candidates who do not submit their application by midnight of 10/02/2026 are required to pay a fine of 2,000/-. The partial payment option will be enabled from 11/02/2026 at 10:30 AM.
